About the Author
Denis Pronovost has nearly twenty-five years experience working and teaching in the field of internal auditing. Currently he is General Manager of Accademia Qualitas in Quebec where he develops courses and trains quality professionals in the manufacturing, service, and laboratory sectors. He is a member of the Canadian Advisory Committee to ISO/TC 176, especially active in the Terminology Work Group, in the Interpretations Taskforce and in the CAC/ISO/TC 176/CAC/ISO TC 207 Joint Working Group on Auditing, working on the future of the ISO 19011 auditing standard. He is also active in the ISO/TC 176/PMG/Interpretations Group, working on defining and implementing an International Interpretations Process. Mr. Pronovost is an RAB-Certified QMS Lead Auditor and Senior Member of ASQ.
